LIST OF 32 FORD IMREPORTS shipped via UPS truck to Finley Hall, George Mason University, on October 23, 2000. - A FEW of these reports ARE listed IN RoseÔÇÖs Access DATABASE, BUT MOST of these titles ARE NOT CATALOGED AND WE HAVE NO ENTIRE LIST OF THEM, EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING cut and pasted from pages 14-15 of the shipping inventory list for the same date of October 23. This 2-page document contains all the titles of the Ford technical reports which were shipped by UPS on October 23, 2000, from John N. Warfield, Palm Harbor, Florida, and received on or about Nov. 1, 2000.at George Mason University Finley Building, where there was a depository room used to house this Special Collections shipment on a temporary basis prior to unpacking. This list "FORD IMREPORTS,1box" is an excerpt ( pages 14-15) from a much longer document titled "List of items shipped to GMU Oct.23, 2000" [ID 1336] A few of the titles from "Ford IMREPORTS,1box" are Rose's Access DATABASE as of October 11, 2016,, BUT MOST ARE NOT CATALOGED in the database. WE HAVE NO ENTIRE LIST OF THEM, EXCEPT this a 2 page excerpt from the October 23 2000 shipping list. NOTE: Three more boxes full of working papers from the Ford project were shipped to GMU in 2001, included as Box Numbers 59, 60, and 61 in a January 31, 2001 shipment of 31 boxes. Warfield saved and donated a few more significant Ford documents in 2004 and 2007, but the years 2000 and 2001 donations contained largest group of Ford materials. Note also that "Ford IMREPORTS,1box" has 33 documents, not 32. I think that the 33rd item might have been the paper that Scott Staley was trying to locate and called me about a few years later, and we figured it out and called the Library and they found it and mailed it to Scott. The long story on that paper is recounted in my notes written for John's Summer Short Course in Sheffield, Alablama in 2007. No time to look it up now, sorry.
