This is a two page outline of Warfield's talk before a work group meeting at INCOSE meeting in Tampa, Florida. The presentation was made on 2 Feb 2003. There was also a 31 page slide presentation with same lecture but slide materials don't match this outline, which is probably a handout. Warfield usually writes in WordPerfect but this is in WORD, I think it is because Warfield's papers for the talk and slide show were loaded onto Jack Ring's computer which was hooked up to the display screen. This was a small group of about 10 or 12 people and possibly this document was displayed onscreen during the talk, as was the PowerPoint slides.
