Bridging Chasms: Starting With Software Design

Unfinished paper. A discussion of the ways in which Interpretive Structural Modeling can lead to the development of more efficient and higher quality software. Notes that what is convenient for a software designer is often at odds with what is convenient for the user of the software.

This document was inside Warfield's note-binder titled NEW PAPER SYSTEMS PROGRAMS IN UNIVERSITIES. This paper is unfinished.
