At Fenwick Library Special Collections, the title "Identification and Clarification of Roles and Responsibilities During and Following the Conduct of an Interactive Management Session" is located in Box 76 Folder 27. The paper is also in Part 1 of the Facilitator Training Manual, located in Box 44, Folders 35 and 36 at Fenwick Library Special Collection. I have a hunch that Warfield wrote this paper after reading over a first draft of the Center's Facilitator Training manual, then requesting that his document be added. Warfield's document is listed in the Training Manual's contents as: "Additional Information". So it is a sure thing the manual had been planned, outlined and executed without any significant attention being given to the idea of "Roles" until Warfield insisted on it, and then this 16 page memo was inserted in a separate untitled section at the end of Part 1. I don't know for sure how much of the other parts of the facilitator training manual was done by Warfield, probably not very much, since the manual was supposed to be a general effort from all. But I do know that Warfield wrote every word of this article about Interactive Management roles, because when I found it in old files, I asked him about it and he said that he wrote it, and not only did he know for sure he had written it but also no one else at the CIM knew enough about roles to have written it.
